At MoneySmile, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and confidence-inspiring experience when choosing our aligners. We've designed our policies with your convenience in mind.

Cancellation:

If you have a change of heart, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we won't be able to entertain cancellation requests for a refund once your order has been processed.

Impression Kit:

For your safety, we cannot accept returns for the impression kit.

​

Suitability Assessment:

Our team of experts carefully examines your impressions and reviews your pictures. They approve your case only when they are confident that the desired results can be achieved. If, for any reason, you are determined not to be a suitable candidate for Invisible Aligners treatment, we will refund the entire amount to you.

Aligners:

Once your order for aligners has been placed, we do not accept returns. However, if your aligners are ill-fitting, we will create new ones to ensure your comfort and progress.

​

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If, after following all the prescribed guidelines during your treatment, you find yourself dissatisfied with the results, please reach out to us. Our team will re-evaluate your progress, and for this purpose, we will require pictures of your teeth with the aligners from the last step. If your re-evaluation is approved, you may become eligible for additional aligners.

Refinement Option:

Should you wish to request refinement, a charge of $295 will apply.
